What’s Included in the Roof Tune-Up? * Roof inspection. * If leaks are found, the tune-up cost can be applied toward the leak repair cost * Seal pipe vents/gaskets * Seal roof vents * Re-nail loose flashing * Clean roof from falling objects and debris (Up to 500 square foot) * Cleaning of gutters (up to 100 LF) * Warranty is fully transferrable * 12 months labor and material warranty * Installers photograph and archive the entire repair * 100% of tune-up costs will be applied to a new roof in the future
